Bubacarr Trawally was on the scoresheet in Guizhou Hengfeng’s 1-1 draw with Beijing Renhe in Sunday’s Chinese Super League encounter.
The 23-year-old has been impressive since he joined Dan Petrescu’s men in February and on his 21st appearance for the side, the forward registered his 10th goal of the season.
The young striker opened the scoring 16 minutes into the game after benefitting from Iminjan Ilhamjan’s assist.
However, in the 64th minute, the Guiyang Olympic Sports Center outfit were reduced to ten men after Yunlong Fan, having been cautioned in the 32nd minute received his second booking.
Luis Garcia’s men soon capitalise on the numerical advantage to equalize through Augusto Fernandez in the 71st minute.
Trawally featured for 85 minutes before he was replaced by Fan Wang. Kenya international Ayub Masika along with Senegal’s Makhete Diop were on parade for the entire duration for the Beijing outfit.
With the result, Guizhou Hengfeng are at the base of the league log with 12 points from 21 games and will be hoping to nick the maximum points in their next league fixture against Odion Ighalo’s Changchun Yatai on September 15 after the international break.
